Service Description

Jumpboard Pilates classes combine slow-paced cardio with traditional Pilates movements that strengthen the entire body, activating the deep abdominal muscles and improving cardiovascular health. Participants perform controlled jumps/push-ups with their hands on a board specially attached to the Reformer, thus raising the heart rate while protecting the joints. The jumpboard can be used during the entire workout or in several sets of exercises, using additional Pilates equipment. These classes improve coordination, balance and stability, allowing each participant to choose the intensity that is right for them. Jumpboard classes are a fun, dynamic and energizing way to strengthen the body and endurance, suitable for both beginners and advanced users.



Cancellation Policy

You can pay for a training reservation by paying the full price immediately, choosing the "One-time visit" plan, or purchasing a membership or training package on the "Memberships and packages" page. Membership terms are specified in their descriptions. A training reservation can be canceled free of charge more than 12 hours before the start of the training. If a training is canceled less than 12 hours before its start, the amount paid or the membership/package hours used are not refunded or compensated. The time and date of a training reservation can be changed in your account, but no later than 12 hours before the start of an already booked training. The "First training" plan can be purchased only once per client.
