I am a professional Pilates instructor, strength trainer, physiotherapist and a person with a burning love for physical activity. Helping others feel better in their bodies, form healthy lifestyle habits and maintain discipline while exercising is an integral part of my everyday life. Just as I cannot imagine my life without sports, I am ready to infect everyone who comes to my training with my motivation and positivity! Training for me is not only about comprehensive body training, including aspects of balance, endurance and flexibility, but also about how a person feels after my training. That is why I pay great attention to the well-being of each client, the technique of movement during training and I am always ready to help. You can expect great motivation, help and training from me, emphasizing the correct technique of movement, breathing, improving balance, flexibility and posture correction. See you at the training!

I have been doing triathlon for over 15 years - I am the Lithuanian champion and European age group prize winner. I believe sport is not only about results or medals, but also my greatest passion in life, which I am happy to share with anyone, who is looking for the pleasure of movement. Pilates is the perfect harmony between strength, breathing and flexibility. Through this practice, I find my personal inner peace, which I try to convey to everyone in training. I pay a lot of attention to the feeling of the body and conscious movement, so that everyone can find their own pace and inner balance. I invite you to come and discover just how capable your body is, when given proper space and attention.

Some years ago, I discovered the pleasure of movement, and it even changed my profession. At first, it was just a pleasure for myself, yoga practices, breathing exercises, stretching in the mornings. Then I realized that I wanted to go deeper, to understand not only effective practices that came from ancient times, but also to delve into the anatomy of the human body, the essence and meaning of movement. This is how physical activity and physiotherapy studies came into my life, during which I discovered Pilates, as one of the most effective physiotherapy methods. The principles of the Joseph H. Pilates method are like a synergy of oriental practices and physiotherapy. And as life experience shows - very effective. In my classes, I do not emphasize flashy exercises, instead mindful and correct movement, breathing and consistently tell you what you must control and feel for yourself. I invite you to come and try it, see for yourself, experience that pleasure of feeling and controlling your body.
