When you purchase this product online, you receive a physical coupon that you can pick up at our studio administration during working hours or by prior arrangement. You can also receive this coupon in digital format via email, per your request.

The coupon is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended. The coupon cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. If fewer services are selected than indicated on the coupon, the difference will not be refunded. How to use the coupon:
The coupon and the unique code contained in it give the right to visit the studio's group training sessions, or use other services specified in the coupon, the specified number of times. To reserve a place in the training, the coupon code can be used online, thus exchanging it for visits in the selected system user account, or in the studio administration during its working hours, by in-person registration. The training time is chosen freely, according to the training schedule and seat availability provided by the studio online.
