Gift card: training + relaxation in the Forum SPA area
The coupon is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase, this term is not extendable. The coupon cannot be exchanged for money or refunded. If fewer services are selected than indicated on the coupon, the difference will not be compensated. Coupon usage procedure:
To reserve a place at Origami Studio, the coupon code can be used online or at the studio administration during its opening hours. To visit the sauna and swimming pool area of Forum Sports Club, the coupon and its code must be shown at the sports club reception. The coupon must be fully used during one visit (on the same day).
